Sensual Divas Return & Exchange & Refund Policy

Sensual divas is committed to providing a very high level of after sales service. We believe that it is our duty to offer our customers the best possible quality available at the most competitive prices. We are so sure that you will be equally impressed with the quality of our products that we stand behind them completely. Before we send out your order, our professional staff follows a very comprehensive process of quality control procedures to ensure that we only send goods that are in perfect condition.

Hygiene Rule:-

Sensual Divas does not except returns due to the Hygiene policy Act of 1982. Due to this we at Sensual Divas do not provide returns on any articles that are sold or purchased online. Kindly note that due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we are not able to accept any returns or exchanges on any lingerie or hosiery once the tags and liners have been removed.We offer an in-store or online credit for the returned goods (no refunds).

Returns:-

If any quality or damage problems happened to your orders, you can return them back easily. Firstly, you need take a photo on problems items better with detail parts, then email to us at >> [email protected]  After we confirmed this problem, we will absolutely offer you an new replacement or refund on problem items. Any feedback on ordered items is highly appreciated!

For one item problem, we usually offer you replacement together with your next order as the shipment cost for one item is very expensive. You can also request refund on this item also.

If the whole order need to be returned, we will send you a detail return address so that you can arrange the shipment back, we will be responsible for this shipment cost if it's our quality problem.. We offer an in-store or online credit for the returned goods (no refunds).

Returns:-

Sensual Divas offers refunds only if the customer cancels their order within 24 hours of making a purchase through our website or, their order has not been processed/confirmed due to the item being unavailable at the time.

No refunds are offered if you have changed your mind about the goods. We always advise customers to double check their order before they confirm checkout through our website.
No refunds if items have been used. Wrong size has been order please use our size chart to determine your size as no refund if size has been wrongly order 

The only refund way is by EFT which will be issued to the client within 7 working days.Kindly Please supply us with your banking details.Items must be cancelled within 7 days of placing or purchasing of the order.
